Psoriasis on palms pictures

Psoriasis on the palms in most cases declares itself with pustules which quickly merge into expanding spots. The spots are reddish slight swellings that are indicative of inflammation. The skin peels off with characteristic silvery scales.

After the swellings are resolved, there remains a cornified layer on the surface of the skin.
