It is impetigo herpetiformis which most often appears on the inner thigh. This variety of psoriasis is chronic, and it progresses over time.

The affected area gets covered with pustules, which spread primarily throughout the inguinal fold and quickly become sore. As the disease progresses, the pustules open and purulent crusts appear – these crusts hide skin erosion.
